Our Global Shipping Promise
Oakmont Atelier proudly operates in collaboration with carefully selected production facilities and warehouses in several Asian countries. By handling every step of the process directly, we ensure the highest standards of quality control. This approach allows us to offer you premium, unique products at exceptional value — all while ensuring fast, reliable shipping.
Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours; some may take 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time: After processing, your order will arrive in 5–8 business days. Due to our exciting expansion and the move to a new warehouse, some products may experience a slight delay, with a delivery window of 9–10 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
Shipping Costs
We’re currently offering FREE shipping on all orders as part of a special promotion. Normally, shipping costs £4.95 per order.
Please note: If you decide to return an item, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping charge.
Track Your Order with Ease
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a personal tracking code by email. With this code, you can track your order in real time through our trusted partner, Tracking Panel. Please allow 2–3 days for the first updates to appear.
What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?

Damaged Product: If your item arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Package: If your package is lost or undeliverable, we’ll send a new one free of charge.

Failed Delivery / Refused Package: If delivery attempts fail, or if you refuse the package, you’ll have 7 days to collect it from your local post office. After that, it will be returned to us, and we’ll send a replacement. Please note: a second refusal or failure to collect may result in a £15 deduction from your refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been fulfilled by our automated fulfilment system. This is usually the next day after your purchase. If we receive your email before the order is fulfilled, we will cancel it immediately. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customs Fees
As we ship directly from our warehouses in Asia, packages may occasionally be inspected by customs. In 99% of cases, no additional customs fees are charged. However, due to legislative changes effective 1 July 2021, we have no control over potential customs fees that may apply.
